Hello Ladies! As you may already know, this month is Self-Improvement Month. This is the topic that GOMP will be discussing at our meetings this month. There are many ways that you can improve yourself. From looks to finances. But, what are the most important and effective improvements? That's just a question to ponder on. For me, it would have to range from the very first thing that makes me happy all the way to the last thing that makes me happy. For example, my belly. How do I self-improve on my belly? Ding, ding, ding! You are correct! I should exercise. But then there is that next response that kills all hope. <But I don't like to exercise.> HAHAHA! Now, my question is: How do I know that I don't like to exercise if I have never lost anything while exercising? I don't! Exercising should be my #1 priority starting now.
I could go on and on, but I'll stop there. What are some ways that you can self-imporve? Subject areas doesn't matter. You never know how your story could affect another person and vice versa.
